Paula Conway is a travel, beauty and lifestyle writer, and a prolific entrepreneur. She has written on the subjects of beauty and travel for over a decade, having contributed to the New York Times, New York Daily News, New York Post, Boston Herald, InStyle, Good Housekeeping, The Robb Report, New Jersey Monthly, MACO Destinations and MACO Caribbean Living magazines and many others. She has also worked as a syndicated columnist for Fashion Wire Daily covering travel and beauty, and was the travel editor for Looking Good Now! (Weider publications) magazine before it closed in 2006. She continues to write and edit while overseeing a public relations firm and television production and publishing company.
Paula served as the editor-in-chief of DElight! and Connected Living magazines, distributed to more than 1.3 million homes nationwide. She has hosted a national weekly show called "Paula Travels" on Sirius radio for nearly two years, and contributes travel segments to several other shows on Sirius. Paula has served as the travel editor for New York and Hamptons Resident for more than five years and is a two-time author of the best-selling book The Beauty Buyble, published by Harper Collins (November 2006), and The Everything Calorie Counting Cookbook, published by Adams Media (November 2007).
Her extensive media background includes working on and off with ABC News in several capacities for more than a decade, and serving in the The White House press office under the Clinton Administration.
As a publicist, Paula has represented a cadre of clients from politicians and Broadway shows to corporate entities, including ABC Television, David Copperfield, The Roundabout Theatre Company, Manhattan Theatre Company, The Broadway Kids, RENT: The Musical, The Lion King, astronaut Buzz Aldrin, Sunbeam grills, GE home appliances, TheMuseumCompany.com, renowned eye surgeon Dr. Joe Dello Russo, plastic surgeon Dr. Jeffery Epstein, The Caron Foundation, and Microsoft Teletubbies. Paula served as a publicist for REGAN on such titles as Juicy: Confessions of a Baseball Wife, A Few Good Eggs: Overcoming the Insanity of Infertility, and Decorating on eBay.
Paula holds an M.F.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. from New York University.
